Are there requirements to use Affirm?

How do I sign up?

If your basket is eligible for 4 interest-free payments with Affirm, the option will be presented at checkout. After confirming your phone number, you'll be sent an SMS message to confirm your account. You'll then set up your repayment method with Affirm and accept the terms of your payment plan.

Which payment methods are accepted?

Affirm currently accepts Visa and Mastercard credit or debit cards. Debit cards must have the Visa or Mastercard logo. Please note, prepaid cards are not accepted.

What if I can't make a payment?

Please reach out to Affirm's Customer Experience team and they'll be happy to look into the options available. You can contact them using their contact form.

What if I make a return?

Return by mail:
If Kits.ca receives your new or gently used item within 30 days of purchase, the purchase price will be refunded to the Visa/Mastercard debit/credit card you used to transact with Affirm. If your order total changes for any reason (like a partial refund), the amount and length of your payment plan will be adjusted accordingly.

If Kits.ca receives your new or gently used item within 31-60 days of purchase, the purchase price will be refunded to an online credit that can be used at Kits.ca
